Alrighty Locals, ready for another round of incredible beer dinners at your favorite kitchen and bar?! So far this year we’ve brought you breweries from the mountain to the coast, and now we’re ready to bring it home. For our Fall Beer Dinner Series we will be bringing it BACK TO BULL CITY and feature some incredible breweries from the Durham area.
For our second in this incredible series collab on Wednesday, October 25th at 7:00pm we’ll be partnering up with Ponysaurus Brewing! These brewmasters beers are as creative as their name suggests folks and aim to generate flavors that are meant to be savored, appreciated, contemplated, philosophized, studied, nuzzled, & mindfully guzzled. We’ve already partnered with Ponysaurus once this year, but as they say “so nice, we’re doing it twice” and you don’t want to miss it! See the full menu and beer line-up below! Peppercorn-Sage Beef Carpaccio with crostini, mixed greens, and roast shallot vinaigrette

Wild Mushroom Brie en Croute and sauce bearnaise
paired withRéserve Ale: the result of our finest brewing efforts, the Ponysaurus Réserve is a Belgian Dark Strong Ale featuring rich brown malts and Belgian candy syrup made in-house. Flavorful Belgian yeast yields a complex yet elegant set of fruit and floral notes, while the candy syrup ferments almost completely, resulting in a scarily drinkable beer clocking in at just under 10% ABV.
Housemade Lorne Sausage & Potato Scone
paired with Scottish Ale: Reflecting the Scottish tradition of brewing beer with a small amount of hops so as to avoid unnecessary interaction with British traders (the bastards), our Scottish Ale is a rich, smooth, malt-focused beer that pours incredibly dark. Nutty Marris Otter malt provides deep hits of caramel, coffee, and chocolate in both the aroma and flavor. Like a drinkable kilt for your gullet.
Banana Cheesecake with pecan-graham cracker crust and foster caramel
